Returns and Refunds
Royal Kids wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more items - without having ever used them, within 14 days from the delivery date - and receive a voucher equal to the price of the returned products.
The terms and instructions on the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, Article 49, paragraph 4, are published on the "Terms and Conditions of Sale" page.
Below you will find a brief operational explanation, which does not replace the full acceptance of what is reported on the "Terms and Conditions of Sale" page
We urge you to take particular care in trying on the item purchased, because items with missing or damaged original pending labels will be considered hopelessly depreciated and unsaleable and, therefore, with a value of zero euro.
Follow the instructions below to return the package and receive a refund as soon as possible.
Attention: before sending the goods, check that you have the following requirements:
• All labels, in fabric or pendants, are perfectly intact and, therefore, have not been removed from the garment.
• Each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally sent to you and must be packed in an orderly manner
• Each item returned has not been worn and / or washed and / or ironed and / or treated in any way.
• The package containing the return must be physically delivered to the courier within 14 days from the delivery date (including holidays). The shipping costs, even for the return, are at your expense
The package containing the return must arrive at our warehouses within 10 days from the date of your shipment. Therefore - in order to avoid that, at your own risk, it gets lost or accumulates a considerable delay - You can use the Post Office but we suggest you use an express courier and insure the shipment.
ATTENTION: the package containing the return travels at your cost and at your own risk and, therefore, we cannot be responsible for any loss, damage due to bad packaging, delay in delivery to our warehouses.
ATTENTION: if even one of these conditions is not respected, Royal Kids will not be able to accept your return and the package will be rejected or the items will be sent back to you at your expense.
ATTENTION: for items purchased on sale it will always be possible to return them, with the same limits and the same methods described above.
As soon as we receive your package, Royal Kids will check that all the conditions listed above have been respected and, if the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will proceed to create the voucher for an amount equal to the amount spent, net of shipping costs.
If, on the other hand, the aforementioned conditions have not been respected, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to return the garment, to your address, at your expense.
